A TLS and Secure Sockets Layer implementation
It offers an API to access secure communication protocols, which provide privacy over insecure lines and were designed to prevent eavesdropping, tampering, or message forgery. HP-UX 11.11 users should also install the HP-UX Strong Random Number Generator software product (see the HPUX.Install file included in this package).
